I was surprised how good the burgers were. Prices not bad considering your in a casino. Will definitely go back.

We waited 45 for our Burgers. There were 20 meals sprawled on the counter-Nobody called the numbers. We finally got our burgers which were cold and not how we ordered them. Many other customers were angry too. Bad experience!!! Fire that manager.
First the cashier kept trying to give us regular plates when we said take-out. Then when we went on the inside had to ask for my shake. The floor was dirty and sticky. Food and napki s were on the floor. When we got our order my husband said where's my onion rings. The girl said you didn't order any. Maybe if the cashier paid the slightest bit of attention. Don't bother. Just the fact it was so dirty made me glad I just stuck with a shake.
I work at Foxwoods. Depending on the day I will come here for lunch. It takes them a full half an hour plus to make one burger with a side of fries. This makes taking a break to come and get lunch really stressful. Doubt I will be coming back, especially after I've been shorted and argued with over my discount numerous times.
a drive thru line. The food is soft, poor quality and tasteless, not to mention the prices are out of control. "Caveat emptor"
Food is decent quality, service is just too slow. Watched my order sit in the window for 15 minutes while I waited for fries, got attitude upon asking how much longer I had to wait. Not cool.
