The staff at this outlet are outstanding. They go above and beyond to make your shopping experience amazing. Excellent with shoe knowledge and will do anything to help you find what you are looking for. I've always had a great experience shopping there.

I was never so humiliated. In a major. Bussiness .as I was in the ugg store at Foxwoods, I bought a pair of shoes on 12 8 2016. I tried them on and made a purchase.when I got home and tried them on again and found they were not comfortable. On the 13 of dec. 2016 I went to return them. The cashier holly.and the manager.whos name I don't recall.told us they would not return them I asked why, she said they were. Worn,at which time I told them I did not where them .they said they had toe marks in the sole. The shoes were the only pair when I purchased them. I said how many people could have tried them on.before meAt which time I stated that I was not happy with her answer. After embarrassing . Me in front of several customers.she said she can say they were damaged. There was no need to put us through this misery. My wife is a member. And purchases many pair of uggs. Which will not happen again. It was a very bad way to treat a valued customer.
