This is a beautiful place where you can over the train tracks and see people fishing there's a beautiful Lake also there's no much to do there but it's fun to just lay back and relax
The Reserve woodland itself is not really kept, but it has one old trail to what I would guess is the Stoddard family cemetery. The most recent burial there appears to be from the 1800s. Trails to the North seem to go to private residences though so stay South.
I thought this was a great place for fishing and short hikes. There were interesting things to see while hiking including rock formations, views of the river, the old Stoddard family cemetery, and some picture worthy flora(mostly fungi as we were hiking after heavy rainfall).
Good short hikes and good for launching kayaks but access road is not maintained and full of holes
The only cons are that there is no trail map on site, and the trails are not clearly marked.
It's really a boat launch. Trails unmarked and not maintained.
