It's your average D&D; usually good food & service. The parking situation there is not ideal; if there is a line for the drive-thru (and there often is), good luck backing out of a parking space if you drive something bigger than a mid-sized car!
Coffee is consistently cold, I feel like they don't make fresh coffee, or throw away the black burnt coffee in the pot after it's elapsed time on the heater. Staff is extremely slow, like turtle crossing the road, like whales making sweet sweet love. General manager and district manager please take the time to fix your establishment. There are several 1 star reviews on Google here. If people are telling you there's a problem, that means there's a problem. If you do nothing about it than u need to be fired and replaced with some one who cares.

We usually always try our best to avoid this Dunkin if possible. This morning we had no choice and ordered our food, had to repeat our entire order when getting to the window. And they still forgot half of our food causing us to have to wait another 10 minutes in line again to get the rest since they were so backed up we couldn't wait at the window to check. Then we AGAIN had to repeat at the window why we were there and she almost made us pay again. When saying WE ALREADY PAID again at the window, she had the nerve to say we drove off without our food - even though when she handed us our bag the first time we were there she specifically said "all your food should be in there". I've never written a bad review in my life, and always try to be as positive as I can. But I've never had such an infuriating experience before. Avoid this dunkin at all costs.
